Who We Are
LotFlux is a commercial WordPress plugin operated by 25 Fathoms LLC. Our website address is https://lotflux.com. LotFlux connects RV dealership websites to live inventory data via third-party APIs, enabling dealers to display, search, and manage their inventory listings on WordPress.
Information We Collect
Website Visitors
When you visit lotflux.com, we may collect standard web server log data including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze site traffic and improve the user experience.
Account and License Holders
When you purchase a LotFlux license, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. This data is used to process your purchase, manage your license, and provide customer support.
Plugin Users (Dealers)
When a dealer installs and configures LotFlux on their WordPress site, the plugin stores the following locally in the WordPress database: dealer name and location, MarketCheck API credentials (encrypted), inventory data synced from the MarketCheck API (vehicle details, pricing, photos), and lead form submissions from site visitors (name, email, phone, message).
LotFlux does not transmit dealer or visitor data to our servers except for license validation requests, which include only the license key and site URL.
Lead Form Submissions
When a visitor submits a lead form on a dealer website powered by LotFlux, the submitted information (name, email, phone, message, and associated vehicle details) is stored in the dealer's WordPress database and sent to the dealer via email notification. If the dealer has configured a CRM webhook (Premium and Preferred plans), lead data is also forwarded to the dealer's specified CRM endpoint. LotFlux does not retain or access lead data on our servers.
Third-Party Services
LotFlux integrates with the following third-party services:
MarketCheck API — Provides vehicle inventory data. Dealers using Premium or Preferred plans connect directly with their own MarketCheck credentials. Free-tier users access a shared demo API key with limited functionality. MarketCheck's privacy policy governs their handling of data.
Payment Processing — License purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
License Validation — The plugin periodically contacts lotflux.com to validate license status. Only the license key and site URL are transmitted.
Cookies
lotflux.com uses cookies for site analytics and to remember your preferences. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. The LotFlux plugin itself does not set cookies on dealer websites.
Data Retention
License and account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months after cancellation. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months. Inventory data synced by the plugin is stored in the dealer's WordPress database and is managed by the dealer.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@lotflux.com. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted storage of API credentials, HTTPS-only communications, and regular security reviews of our codebase.
Children's Privacy
LotFlux is a business-to-business product and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
