LotFlux is a digital WordPress plugin sold as an annual license. Because our products are delivered electronically, standard physical-goods return rules don't apply. Instead, we offer a straightforward money-back guarantee so you can try LotFlux on your site with confidence.
Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind LotFlux and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our refund windows are based on the license tier you purchased:
- LotFlux Premium — 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
- LotFlux Preferred — 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
If LotFlux isn't the right fit for your dealership, contact us within your eligible window and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no forms, no hoops.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@lotflux.com from the address associated with your purchase and include:
- Your order number or license key
- The email used at checkout
- A brief note about why LotFlux didn't work out (optional, but it helps us improve)
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, posting times may vary.
What's Not Eligible
The following are excluded from our refund policy:
- Requests made after your tier's refund window has passed (30 days for Premium, 60 days for Preferred)
- License renewals — please cancel auto-renewal before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue
- Purchases made with promotional credits, gift codes, or at 100% discount
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
The LotFlux Free tier has no purchase associated with it and is therefore not subject to this policy.
License Cancellation After Refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. The plugin will continue to function on your site, but will revert to Free-tier behavior — premium features, priority sync schedules, and dealer-supplied API credentials will no longer be available.
Late or Missing Refunds
If we've confirmed your refund but you haven't seen it posted, first check your bank or card statement again — pending transactions can take several business days to appear. Next, contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times vary. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@lotflux.com and we'll investigate.
Renewals & Subscriptions
LotFlux licenses renew annually unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account at lotflux.com/my-account. Cancelling stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current license term — refunds for renewal charges are handled on a case-by-case basis if requested within 14 days of the renewal date.
